George's Cheesy Toast

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 8 slices bread
• 4 eggs
• 150 g bacon, diced
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 teaspoons oregano

Recipe

• 1 lightly toast the bread, and spread with sauce if you are using it.
• 2 in a large bowl, mix together the eggs, garlic, cheese, and bacon.
• 3 place spoonfulls on the toast, and spread out to cover the toast.
• 4 sprinkle with oregano, and bake at 200c for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
