- 4 lbs regal rump roast
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup catalina dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon sunflower oil
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients and marinate the rump roast in them overnight.
- 2 bake in marinade at 225 for 4 hours.
