Ingredients
- 3 lbs skirt steaks or 3 lbs flank steaks or 3 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine marinade ingredients in a large ziploc bag and add meat. refrigerate for at least 3 hours before grilling (preferably 6 hours).
