- 6 lamb chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 6 tart apples, cored and thickly sliced
- 1/4 cup dired currants
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, brown lamb chops in oil. sprinkle with salt during browning. drain well.
- 2 place chops in a crock pot.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
