Ingredients

- 6 chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 shallots, peeled
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
Recipe
- 1 season chicken breasts and saute 20 minute.
- 2 preheat oven to 500.
- 3 sauce--- melt butter and add flour stir constantly.
- 4 gradually add milk.
