Ingredients

- 6 eggs, beaten
- 6 slices ham, cubed
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cheese (use grated lowfat for health)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease a 9" x 13" baking pan or dish.
- 3 mix ingredients well.
- 4 pour into greased baking pan or dish.
- 5 bake for 45 minute.
