Crumbed Lamb Cutlets

Ingredients

• 12 lamb cutlets
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups packaged seasoned stuffing mix

Recipe

• 1 break egg into a bowl and whisk.
• 2 dip cutlets into egg to coat.
• 3 coast cutlets in dry stuffing mix as you would to bread them.
• 4 place on a baking tray and cook at 350f for approx 40 minutes or until golden.
• 5 do not turn them over.
