Baked Ham With Orange Glaze

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 0.5 (6 -7 lb) lean ham, bone-in fully cooked
  • 2 cups apple cider or 2 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe

  • 1 place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  • 2 trim fat; score surface of ham, making diamond shapes 1/4-inch deep.
