Ingredients

- 3 lbs lamb chops
- 3 apples
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb chops in olive oil until golden.
- 2 season with rosemary, salt and pepper.
- 3 top with sliced apples and onions.
- 4 bake in a 325°f oven for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are fork tender.
