Glazed Lamb Chops And Apples

Ingredients
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless lamb chops
- 3/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 medium tart apples, thinly sliced
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle lamb chops with sage and salt.
- 2 in a large skillet, brown chops in pil on both sides, and transfer to an 11x7 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- 3 stir flour into pan drippings until blended.
- 4 gradually stir in broth, and vinegar.
- 5 bring to a boil, and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
- 6 remove from heat.
- 7 arrange apples over chops, and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- 8 drizzle with broth mixture.
- 9 bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
