Fruity Turkey (or Chicken) Salad

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 16 ounces turkey breast, chopped (cooked)
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/8 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/8 cup pecans, chopped (i used glazed)
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 serve on bed of lettuce or on your favorite toast.
