Ingredients
- 6 -8 chicken thighs
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup honey (wild)
- 2/3 cup whole grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon coleman's dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 arrange chicken in baking dish.
- 2 put chopped onion over chicken.
- 3 mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
- 5 serve.
