El Rancho Chicken

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1 1/4 cups crushed nacho cheese flavored tortilla chips (or more as needed)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350º.
  • 2 brease a large cookie sheet.
  • 3 pound chicken breasts between 2 sheets of waxed paper to about 1/4 inch thick.
  • 4 dip chicken into salad dressing to coat.
  • 5 then dip into crushed chips, making sure chicken is well-coated.
  • 6 place on cookie sheet.
  • 7 bake 30 minutes.
