Dry Garlic Spareribs

Total Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 kg spareribs
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • sliced chives

Recipe

  • 1 place spareribs in a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is cooked.
  • 2 pepare sauce while ribs are cooking. mix the nex 5 ingredients together. place the cooked spare ribs on a foil covered cookie sheet. pour sauce over ribs.
  • 3 bake at 350f for 20 minutes. baste ribs with sauce as they are cooking.
  • 4 garnish with chives.
