Dry Garlic Spareribs

Ingredients

- 2 kg spareribs
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- sliced chives
Recipe
- 1 place spareribs in a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is cooked.
- 2 pepare sauce while ribs are cooking. mix the nex 5 ingredients together. place the cooked spare ribs on a foil covered cookie sheet. pour sauce over ribs.
- 3 bake at 350f for 20 minutes. baste ribs with sauce as they are cooking.
- 4 garnish with chives.
