Country Style Lamb And Sauerkraut

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs country-style lamb ribs
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder or 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can sauerkraut
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in frying pan, brown ribs and season with onion salt/powder.
  • 2 place in baking dish.
  • 3 combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
  • 4 cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
