Country Style Lamb And Sauerkraut

Ingredients

- 2 lbs country-style lamb ribs
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder or 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 1 cup applesauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in frying pan, brown ribs and season with onion salt/powder.
- 2 place in baking dish.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
- 4 cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
