Ham & Pasta Bake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
  • 2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumb

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in a medium sauce pan, combine flour, onion, salt, mustard and pepper.
  • 3 gradually stir in milk until blended.
  • 4 bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
  • 5 stir in broccoli, macaroni, ham and cheese.
  • 6 transfer to an ungreased 2 quart baking dish.
  • 7 for topping, combine butter and breadcrumbs.
  • 8 sprinkle over macaroni mixture.
  • 9 bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
