Ham & Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
- 2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a medium sauce pan, combine flour, onion, salt, mustard and pepper.
- 3 gradually stir in milk until blended.
- 4 bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
- 5 stir in broccoli, macaroni, ham and cheese.
- 6 transfer to an ungreased 2 quart baking dish.
- 7 for topping, combine butter and breadcrumbs.
- 8 sprinkle over macaroni mixture.
- 9 bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
