Ham And Cheese Breakfast Bake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refriderated crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces smoked ham, chopped
  • 6 eggs (1 1/2 c of egg substitute can be used)
  • 1/2 cup cold milk (low fat or fat free milk will work well)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup bell pepper, finely chopped red green & yellow bell peppers
  • 1 dash fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 finely chop peppers.
  • 3 unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish making sure to cover seams and holes.
  • 4 sprinkle ham and chopped peppers over the crust.
  • 5 whisk milk, eggs and pepper until blended.
  • 6 top with cheeses.
  • 7 place in center of oven and bake 25 minutes or until center is set.
