Ham And Cheese Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (8 ounce) package refriderated crescent rolls
- 8 ounces smoked ham, chopped
- 6 eggs (1 1/2 c of egg substitute can be used)
- 1/2 cup cold milk (low fat or fat free milk will work well)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 cup bell pepper, finely chopped red green & yellow bell peppers
- 1 dash fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 finely chop peppers.
- 3 unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish making sure to cover seams and holes.
- 4 sprinkle ham and chopped peppers over the crust.
- 5 whisk milk, eggs and pepper until blended.
- 6 top with cheeses.
- 7 place in center of oven and bake 25 minutes or until center is set.
