Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 gammon steaks
- 2 slices pineapple
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in frypan.
- 2 add steaks and pineapple.
- 3 fry for two minutes each side, or until golden.
- 4 fry eggs.
- 5 serve with pineapple on top of gammon with egg on side with a plate of hot chips and mayonnaise.
