Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons cumin seeds
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 dash lemon juice
- salt, to taste
- chili flakes, to taste
Recipe
- 1 crush the whole spices, either using a pestle and mortar, or a blender.
- 2 mix well with the other ingredients.
- 3 rub into meat.
