Easy Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground buffalo meat
- 1/2 lb organic ground beef
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 (6 ounce) can of sliced black olives
- 1 (12 ounce) can chili con carne (with or without beans)
- 1 (6 ounce) bag of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (9 ounce) bag frito corn chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 saute chopped onions slightly.
- 3 add ground beef and bison and saute with chopped onions.
- 4 drain any excess fat after meat is cooked.
- 5 crush frito chips and layer onto a casserole dish.
- 6 you will add layers of meat, tomato sauce, chili con carne, sliced olives, cheese, then repeat layers starting with crushed fritos. you only need to make 2 layers of total ingredients.
- 7 top the layer with cheese and crushed fritos.
- 8 cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
