Downeast Lobster Roll

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 ounces lobster meat, per roll (cooked, cooled and chunked)
  • 1 -2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 leaves fresh lettuce, chopped
  • fresh roll, of choice
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 mix mayo and lobster, s& p to taste.
  • 2 set aside.
  • 3 split and butter roll.
  • 4 grill roll in a fry pan until until crisp and golden brown.
  • 5 remove from heat.
  • 6 add a bed of lettuce to roll and top with lobster salad.
  • 7 eat immediately while roll is still warm.
  • 8 serve with thick slices of tomato and a half dozen olives on the side.
