Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 4 slices bread, broken in pieces
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup catsup
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except catsup in a bowl and shape into a loaf. put in a baking dish and top with a strip of catsup. bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
