- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 cut lamb shoulder crosswise in 1/4 inch slices.
- 2 combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- 3 mix.
- 4 cover.
- 5 cook on low 6-8 hours.
