Ingredients

- 2 1/2 lbs chuck roast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce (your choice)
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper (desired amount)
Recipe
- 1 place roast in crock pot.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil.
- 3 cover roast with sauce mixture.
- 4 cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- 5 chop meat and stir.
