Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck steaks, 1 1/2 inch thick
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar substitute (2 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup low-carb ketchup (4.5 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard or 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide.
- 2 place these in the crock pot.
- 3 in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- 4 pour over the meat, and mix.
- 5 cover and cook on low for 3 to 5 hours.
