Crock Pot Barbecue

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck steaks, 1 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar substitute (2 g)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup low-carb ketchup (4.5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard or 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide.
  • 2 place these in the crock pot.
  • 3 in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  • 4 pour over the meat, and mix.
  • 5 cover and cook on low for 3 to 5 hours.
