Colorado Lamb Roast

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 1/2 cups ketchup
• 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon beef base
• 2 lbs lamb loin roast

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.(if using the oven).
• 2 in crock-pot or roasting pan, add lamb.
• 3 in a ziploc bag add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
• 4 pour over top of the lamb and bake covered for about 1 hour. i slice the lamb down 15 minutes before it's done and lay it in the sauce.
• 5 if cooking in the crock pot, cook on low setting for about 7-8 hours.
