Christmas Ham Balls

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ham, ground
  • 1 1/2 lbs lamb, ground
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cracker crumb
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water, cold
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 325°f.
  • 2 form ham, lamb, eggs, milk and cracker crumbs into 20 balls.
  • 3 in a separate bowl mix vinegar, cold water, dry mustard and brown sugar.
  • 4 just before baking, cover the meatballs with sauce.
  • 5 bake 2 hours at 325f covered the first hour and uncovered the second hour.
