Christmas Ham Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb ham, ground
- 1 1/2 lbs lamb, ground
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water, cold
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 325°f.
- 2 form ham, lamb, eggs, milk and cracker crumbs into 20 balls.
- 3 in a separate bowl mix vinegar, cold water, dry mustard and brown sugar.
- 4 just before baking, cover the meatballs with sauce.
- 5 bake 2 hours at 325f covered the first hour and uncovered the second hour.
