Bourbon-cranberry Turkey Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
- 4 lbs turkey breast tenderloins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 bring first 4 ingriedients to a boil in a saucepan over meduim high heat.
- 2 reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- 3 remove from heat and let stand 30 minutes.
- 4 rinse tenderloin and pat dry with paper towels.
- 5 brush with 1/2 of cranberry mixture.
- 6 let stand for 30 minutes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 7 grill over medium high heat 12 minutes on each side.
- 8 basting occsonally with bourbon mixture.
- 9 serve with reserved mixture.
