Ham Balls In Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground ham
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 4 full crackers)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
Recipe
- 1 mix ham ball ingredients together. i use a stand mixer, but this can be done by hand.
- 2 form mixture into large meatballs (approximately 1/2 cup size). place in a 9x13 pan (or two 8-inch pans).
- 3 combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs in pan.
- 4 bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. if desired, spoon some of the sauce over the meatballs a couple times as they bake to keep the tops moist.
