Glazed Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 combine meat loaf ingredients and form into a loaf shape.
  • 2 place in a 7x11 inch baking pan.
  • 3 combine glaze ingredients and pour over meat loaf.
  • 4 i find that it works best to first combine sugar and mustard, then add vinegar and worcestershire.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • 6 let"rest" for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
