Foo Yung

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (1 lb) can bean sprouts, drained
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cooked crab or 1 cup shrimp or 1 cup poultry or 1 cup lamb, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Recipe
