Easy Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 650 g beef mince
  • 40 g french onion soup mix
  • 170 g sour cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together well.
  • 2 place in meatloaf tin.
  • 3 bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
