Ingredients

- 1 -1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 -3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup low-carb ketchup, preferably with splenda
- 1/4 cup low-carb barbecue sauce (your favorite, or use more low carb ketchup)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute, we like ideal brown
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- cheese, like velveeta cheese, to taste
- 1 large lettuce leaf
Recipe
