Easy Hash Brown Quiche

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups hash brown potatoes (country style, thawed)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup ham, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 form the potatoes into a shell in a quiche pan or pie plate.
  • 2 drizzle with the butter.
  • 3 bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
  • 4 remove from the oven. decrease the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  • 5 mix the ham, cheese, green pepper, and green onions in a bowl.
  • 6 spread over the potatoes.
  • 7 beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 8 pour over the ham mixture.
  • 9 bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • 10 let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
