Easy Hash Brown Quiche

Ingredients

- 3 cups hash brown potatoes (country style, thawed)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup ham, finely chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 form the potatoes into a shell in a quiche pan or pie plate.
- 2 drizzle with the butter.
- 3 bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
- 4 remove from the oven. decrease the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
- 5 mix the ham, cheese, green pepper, and green onions in a bowl.
- 6 spread over the potatoes.
- 7 beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 8 pour over the ham mixture.
- 9 bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 10 let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
