Crock Pot Beef Roast

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 2 -3 lbs beef roast
- 10 1/2 ounces campbell's french onion soup, condensed (1 can)
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 1. pierce the beef on all side with a fork. do not remove fat.
- 2 2. place beef in crock pot and cover with soup and water.
- 3 3. cook on low for 12-18 hours (but definetly not less than 8). turn every few hours.
- 4 note: liquid should almost cover beef. if you have a larger crock pot you may want to add another can of soup and another 1/2 cup water.
