Crock Pot Beef Roast

Total Time: 12 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 -3 lbs beef roast
  • 10 1/2 ounces campbell's french onion soup, condensed (1 can)
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 1. pierce the beef on all side with a fork. do not remove fat.
  • 2 2. place beef in crock pot and cover with soup and water.
  • 3 3. cook on low for 12-18 hours (but definetly not less than 8). turn every few hours.
  • 4 note: liquid should almost cover beef. if you have a larger crock pot you may want to add another can of soup and another 1/2 cup water.
