- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Recipe
- 1 mix together and use to marinate meat- 1-4 hours.
