Ingredients
- 1 large vidalia onion, sliced into rings
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lamb tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a large skillet.
- 2 stir in sugar; add onions.
- 3 cook for 25-30 minutes.
- 4 rub salt and pepper on lamb and place in a baking dish; top with onions.
- 5 bake 45-50 minutes at 350°f.
