- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 28 ounces tomatoes
- 20 ounces red chili sauce, las palmas
- 15 ounces kidney beans
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in skillet large enough to hold all ingredients brown ground beef, drain off fat if necessary.
- 2 add onions and garlic saute until clear.
- 3 add rest of ingredients.
- 4 simmer 20-30 minutes.
- 5 salt and pepper to taste.
