Dijon Lamb Chops

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 6 boneless lamb chops (1 1/2 lbs and 3/4 inch thick)
  • 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Recipe

  • 1 spread mustard on both sides of lamb chops.
  • 2 place in a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish.
  • 3 combine crumbs and pepper (to taste); press onto tops and sides of chops.
  • 4 bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until meat juices run clear and topping is lightly browned.
