Dijon Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 6 boneless lamb chops (1 1/2 lbs and 3/4 inch thick)
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Recipe
- 1 spread mustard on both sides of lamb chops.
- 2 place in a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish.
- 3 combine crumbs and pepper (to taste); press onto tops and sides of chops.
- 4 bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until meat juices run clear and topping is lightly browned.
