- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 3 tablespoons crisco canola oil or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup fresh italian parsley
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup crisco canola oil or 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 place chicken between 2 pieces of parchment or waxed paper. pound chicken breasts so they are an even thickness.
