Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
Recipe
- 1 whisk flour and eggs slowly stirring in milk and water.
- 2 add salt and butter.
- 3 whisk until smooth. let rest in fridge for about 20 minutes spray non stick 12 inch - 18 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
- 4 pour about 1/4 cup of batter into pan, tilting to spread the batter out.
- 5 cook until it looks like its not liquidy.
- 6 flip and cook only a few more minutes.
- 7 fill with anything and everything. sweets, veggies, meats, cheeses. anything.
