Crepes.

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)

Recipe

  • 1 whisk flour and eggs slowly stirring in milk and water.
  • 2 add salt and butter.
  • 3 whisk until smooth. let rest in fridge for about 20 minutes spray non stick 12 inch - 18 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • 4 pour about 1/4 cup of batter into pan, tilting to spread the batter out.
  • 5 cook until it looks like its not liquidy.
  • 6 flip and cook only a few more minutes.
  • 7 fill with anything and everything. sweets, veggies, meats, cheeses. anything.
