- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 inches fresh ginger, cut in matchsticks
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 green onions, sliced

Recipe
- 1 heat oil in wok.
- 2 stir fry chicken briefly.
- 3 stir in oyster sauce.
- 4 stir in ginger, scallions, sugar and pepper.
- 5 cook until chicken is done.
