Ginger Chicken Stir-fry

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 lb chicken, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 inches fresh ginger, cut in matchsticks
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in wok.
  • 2 stir fry chicken briefly.
  • 3 stir in oyster sauce.
  • 4 stir in ginger, scallions, sugar and pepper.
  • 5 cook until chicken is done.
