Fast, Simple, And Delicious Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
- 8 ounces onions, chopped (about 1 medium)
- 16 ounces kidney beans (undrained)
- 1 lb textured vegetable protein
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 28 ounces stewed tomatoes (chopped)
- 8 teaspoons chili powder
- 8 teaspoons minced garlic
- tabasco sauce
Recipe
- 1 coat iron pan with nonstick spray and place on medium heat.
- 2 add onion and soy meat to pan.
- 3 once onion is brown or wilted add beans, sauce, tomatoes, and chili powder.
- 4 bring to a boil, then let simmer over med-low heat for 15 minutes to let thicken.
- 5 add garlic and stir.
- 6 add tobasco to taste.
- 7 turn off heat and let sit for 2-5 minutes.
