- 4 cube steaks
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can consomme
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 brown and season steak.
- 2 place in casserole dish.
- 3 pour rice over steak.
- 4 mix broth, consomme and water.
- 5 pour over steak and rice.
- 6 cover; cook about 1 hour at 400 degrees.
- 7 serve hot.
