Fast Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 large baking potato
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn or 1/2 cup mixed vegetables

Recipe
