Fast Marinade For Beef Or Lamb

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

• 1 put soy sauce in a 1 cup measure.
• 2 add lemon juice to make 1/2 cup.
• 3 add water to make one cup. place beef steaks or lamb flat in a non-metallic dish.
• 4 pour marinade over.
• 5 marinate for at least 1/2 hour or up to 3 hours.
• 6 if marinade doesn't completely cover meat, turn half way through.
• 7 if i am marinating for 3 hours, i turn every half hour.
