Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crab, drained and rinsed
- 1 whole avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 slice and avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
- 2 scoop out avocado meat and mix with crab, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- 3 scoop back into avocado rind and garnish with frisée if desired.
