Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried ancho chile powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper, freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Recipe
- 1 store in airtight container until ready to use.
- 2 rub well into meat.
- 3 cook to desired doneness and serve with my recipe for steak sauce.
