Ginger Marinade For Chicken

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3 medium garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 -1 1/2 lb skinless chicken
Recipe
- 1 blend salt, ginger, pepper, garlic, oil, & lemon juice in a bowl.
- 2 take a skewer (preferably) or sharp knife & poke several holes into the chicken.
- 3 rub the mixture into the chicken so that all sides are covered.
- 4 place chicken into a glass bowl & cover with the remaining mixture. let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
- 5 cook the chicken either baked, broiled, or grilled. all are good.
