- 2 cups french's original or cheddar french-fried onions
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
Recipe
- 1 crunch french fried onions with flour in a plastic bag.
- 2 dip chicken into the egg and then coat in onion crumbs.
- 3 bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 20 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
